Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! This year I am thankful for family, friends, health, Kate, being blessed with another girl growing inside of me, an amazing husband, being at stay at home Mom, and God's grace. We all have so much to be thankful for. I think we forget about how blessed we are with just the simple things. We have a car, a home, food to eat, jobs etc...It is also so important that we remember Christ during this busy time that is filled with Christmas music, presents, shopping etc... I love all of that stuff, too, but it shouldn't take the place of what we are truly celebrating.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving last week. We slept in till about 7:30 am, watched some of the parade on TV, ate a wonderful meal and we went to the park. It was a beautiful day! Kate enjoyed playing with all of her cousins. We stayed at my parent's house for a couple of days with Kamara, Aubrey, Lori (my oldest sister), and her girls while Brett, Rod, Zack and my dad went deer hunting. Also last week, we went to Uncle Julio's for dinner with some of our good friends without kids. It was nice. Friday night was an added bonus; Kamara and I went to see the movie "New Moon" while the kids were sleeping at my parent's house. It was really good. I have read all of the books, and I must say, I was not too impressed with the first movie, but the second one was sooo much better! I recommend it whether you have read the books or not. On another note, you will not see a family picture of us on Thanksgiving because it will be in our Christmas card this year, so stay tuned!

Last year we took a picture of the three baby girls at our Thanksgiving celebration. Now look at them! From left to right: Aubrey, Isabelle and Kate

It was nice to have a different park to walk and play. Aubrey was a pro at the slide! Kate would cry if we took away the sippy cup, so that is why she is holding it.

Instead of playing on the playground, Kate preferred to push Aubrey's stroller around the park.
