A Glimpse of September and October

We celebrated Claire's birthday with family in August a couple of weeks early. We ate at Fuddruckers in Grapevine and then went to the Hatton's house to open up presents with family.

On Claire's real birthday we took her to Mama's pizza. Here she is enjoying a yummy cinnamon roll. It is hard to believe she is two years old now! She is growing up too fast.

I love this! This was the first week of school and also Claire's birthday. Claire stood in front of chapel while everybody sang "Happy Birthday" to her. 

Plano Balloon Festival! Zack's librarian owns a balloon so she lets us come and see their balloon. It was really neat!

My Mom celebrated her 70th birthday in September. 

In September we went to Lubbock to visit the Rogers and see their new home and church. We are so happy for them. 

Rasor Elementary had a cardboard challenge at their school. It was so neat to see all the creations that the students came up with.

In October every year the boys go pheasant hunting. Here they are with some of their pheasants.

Meanwhile, Kamara and her girls were having fun at my house. Here the girls are at our neighborhood park.

Mom Mom and Dad Dad came to visit us in October. Zack also had an event at his school that was a run. We enjoyed watching him run.

We went to the pumpkin patch that we have been going to for about three or four years. The girls enjoyed picking out some pumpkins with Mom Mom and Dad Dad.

The girls are ready for the Boo Bash at the Thompson house in Grapevine. Every year they have a Boo Bash at their house full of bounce houses, a petting zoo, and food.  From left to right: Ryleigh-Wonder Woman, Aubrey and Kate-Rapunzel, Carly and Claire-cheerleaders, Hannah-Angel.  Kate's cheerleading costume was not in yet, so she was Rapunzel like Aubrey for the Boo Bash.

Here Carly is at Trunk or Treat up at our church. All three of our girls were cheerleaders this year.
