I had a great Mother's Day last weekend. Zack and Rod made an appt. for us to get a pedicure on Saturday. Kamara and I also got to go out to eat for lunch. I have such a wonderful husband, because he did this for me even though last Saturday was his birthday. Am I lucky or what! Kamara and Rod babysat for us Saturday night so we could go out to eat at the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate. It was so yummy! I love that place. I just don't love how you have to sit so close to other people. We were practically at the same table as another family. We would comment to each other throughout dinner about what we were eating, etc.. However, the bonus was that they recommended the potstickers for an appetizer. It was good, but not as good as the avocado eggrolls. We really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Kamara and Rod! Kate loves playing with Uncle Rod, Aunt Kamara and Aubrey. We had a nice Mother's Day, Zack's birthday, and my Dad's birthday lunch on Sunday and then the boys also wanted to let us go to the movies Sunday night as a Mother's Day gift. It was a great weekend! I don't know why I didn't get any pictures. Then, a couple of days ago Kamara and I met up with one of our best and dearest friends, Holly Mock. We still had not met her newest addition, Callie. Her kids are both adorable. It didn't matter that we were at Mcdonald's for a couple of hours, we loved it! It was great to have our kids together. This was Kate's first experience on a playground at a fast food restaurant. She was all over the place. I know it will be the first of many. It was great to see you Holly! We will have to do it again some time. It helped out that both of the girls slept all the way back to Plano. Kamara was entertaining and feeding them to keep them content. I am also adding a couple of recent pictures of Kate. She loves to look out the window. Unfortunately, she has fell a number of times and bumped her head on the ledge sticking out. What can you do? Zack and I also got a chance to babysit Aubrey last week. Zack did a great job entertaining the girls! Aubrey really enjoyed him playing the guitar and reading to her.
